Cancellation Policy
Booking A £100 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure a place. Submitting the online application form registers interest only and does not hold a place. Places are confirmed in the order deposits are received. Payment Participants may pay the remaining balance either by: - Full payment before the course start date (this will incur a 10% discount) - Eight monthly instalments across the eight‑month course Late or missed payments may result in withdrawal from the course. Cancellation by Participant - The £100 deposit is always non‑refundable. - Cancellations before the course starts incur no further fees. - Cancellations after the course has begun remain fully payable or deferred to the next course, as the place cannot be reallocated once teaching has started. Cancellation by The Wellbeing Academy If TWA cancels the course, all fees paid except the non‑refundable deposit will be returned. Participants may transfer the deposit to a future cohort. Waitlist If the course is full, applicants may join the waitlist by completing the online application form. No deposit is required to join the waitlist. If a place becomes available, the applicant will be contacted and must pay the deposit within the stated timeframe to secure the place.
