Wellbeing at Work

Welcome to the Wellbeing at Work page, which is dedicated to supporting employers in fostering the wellbeing of their staff. We understand that a thriving workforce is essential for the success of any organisation, which is why we can offer confidential counselling services as part of the employer's duty of care.

We aim to provide a safe and supportive space where employees can openly discuss and address their issues. Our team of practitioners is highly trained in various therapeutic approaches and talking therapies to ensure individuals receive the support they need.

At the Wellbeing Academy, our counsellors have extensive experience working with employees and understand that workplace issues can often be rooted in underlying or past traumas. While short-term therapy can address specific issues, long-term healing may be necessary for others. We acknowledge that employers cannot be responsible for these underlying issues, but we believe that competent counselling and a trusting therapeutic relationship are essential for permanent healing and recovery.

Our unique approach to workplace counselling involves renewing our contract with employers each year, with financial benefits for both the employer and the employee. Business Rate

Up to 10 sessions per year per employee paid by the employer at a rate of £75 per session. 

If further sessions are needed, the employee can continue with the counsellor and will take on the payment of all future counselling sessions. Special rate of £45 per session.

School Rate

Up to 10 sessions per year per employee paid by the employer at a rate of £60 per session. 

If further sessions are needed, the employee can continue with the counsellor and will take on the payment of all future counselling sessions. Special rate of £45 per session.

Charity Rate

Up to 10 sessions per year per employee paid by the employer at a rate of £50 per session. 

If further sessions are needed, the employee can continue with the counsellor and will take on the payment of all future counselling sessions. Special rate of £45 per session.
