Workshops for Teenagers

This 90 minute workshop is ideal to support groups of up to 30 teenagers, aged 12-18 years, to build their emotional resilience and wellbeing.

Young people (aged 11-16 years) will learn how to find their strengths, apply optimistic thinking patterns for problem solving, develop positive and resilient connections with others, and negotiate changes in life when strengths are challenged.

For young people who have experienced childhood trauma and are difficult to reach.  This 6 week series of workshops will empower its participants to move forward with their lives and step into their future.

Moving Forward

This 8 week course supports young people, aged 14 - 18 whose self-esteem and confidence have been affected by negative social media or damaging influences.  Participants learn how to take back control of their lives and become a force for change in their community

This 3-hour workshop includes how to make and keep friends.  What to do when friendships breakdown, including online friendships, cyber-bullying, toxic friendships and frenemies. Helpful tips on good communication, who to avoid and understanding own characteristics.  

This 3 hour workshop helps young people make the emotional transition from leaving school and home, by helping manage expectations and stress as well as build confidence and positive thinking, they can move on to the next stage of their lives
