Welcome. We offer individual counselling for adults aged 18 and over. Although we are currently moving our offices, we are still providing online counselling via Zoom for £50 per session.

If you are experiencing low mood, finding this time of year challenging, or facing difficulties in your relationship or workplace, our trainee counsellors can provide you with the support you need. We offer online counselling via Zoom for £5 per session.
